Notice of Intention served on Bonnie Dumanis, with Grounds For her Recall from Office

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE RECALL PETITION:
       To Bonnie Dumanis, San Diego County District Attorney. Pursuant to section 11020, California Elections Code, the undersigned registered, qualified voters of San Diego County, in the State of California, hereby give notice that we are the proponents of the recall petition and that we intend to seek your recall and removal from the office of San Diego County District Attorney, and demand election of a successor to that office. The Grounds for the recall are as follows:

• For perverting the administration of justice and violating penal code section 182 (a)(5) by attempting to intimidate judges and other members of the bar
• For consistently acting, both negligently & without competence, in violation of rules governing attorney conduct
• For Violating Penal code Sections  158, and 182 (a)(2)(3) & (5), by Prosecuting and maintaining actions, where she knew she lacked probable cause to do so
• For Training, Instructing, and Encouraging her assistants, to repeatedly, and as a matter of practice, obstruct justice, by failing to follow evidence-discovery procedures
• For betraying the Public Trust, by using her office to carry out political vendettas
• For Not Prosecuting Persons who have hidden evidence and committed perjury while acting on behalf of her office
• For Not Prosecuting Personal Friends, business and political associates, where available evidence indicates prosecutions should have been commenced
• For Ignoring Laws, and abusing the powers of her office to force Citizens, who have followed the law, to Plead Guilty to crimes they have not committed
• For Wasting Public Resources, Filing Appeals & Amicus Briefs that lack Substance and Merit
• For Displaying a Consistent disregard for the Rule of Law & Constitutional Values embodied in The Bill of Rights
