COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST
BONNIE DUMANIS
9/16/10: Announcing that on Friday, September 17th, 2010, I have filed a Complaint with the California Supreme Court, and with the San Diego Superior Court, demanding that the Court hold a hearing to determine if Bonnie Dumanis and several of her assistant DA's should be suspended or barred from practicing law. If Bonnie Dumanis is found guilty of the charges I am bringing, the court has a mandatory duty to suspend or terminate her license to practice law. A district attorney must have a valid, unsuspended license to practice law in order to hold their position; so, a finding that Bonnie Dumanis has done any of the bad acts alleged in my complaint, will result in her removal from office. Joe Ryan
I did not file a bar complaint. Rather I filed a demand for a hearing under the provisions of Business and Professions Code section 6108, which allows me to petition the court to hold a disciplinary hearing, where an attorney has broken any rules of Professional conduct or Provisions of section 6068 or 6103 of the Business and Professions Code.
