ATTENTION: There is no recall of Bonnie Dumanis ongoing or in the works. The Recall was purposefully sabotaged by Annekka Hartwell, working with and for Bonnie Dumanis. One of her partners in crime is a person who I believe is also acting as a government operative, who goes by the moniker, 'Herbfolks'. His Name is Dale Rostamo. It's not legitimate government activity; it's sowing division and obstructing justice using informants as foot soldiers for Bonnie's racketeering. There's a legitimate use for informants in some law enforcement investigations, but using informants to simply cause trouble and interfere with lawful processes, is another - Dumanis sponsored - waste of taxpayers money.
       The Medical marijauna Community needs to get it together. Lots of people who have nothing to do with medical marijauana are suffering under Bonnie Dumanis's racketeering, but the medical marijuana people insisted on running anyone off who wasn't within their circle. They seem to be a bunch of extremely paranoid nutcases, and a number of the community's so-called leaders obviously work for the government or the pharmaceutical companies.

      I'm sure Annekka Hartwell will leave her silly site, recallbonnie.org, online for a while. That way, everyone who isn't part of the medical marijuana community will have something to laugh at. Something that signifies and confirms every bad thing they believe about marijuana smokers. Wonder how much she gets paid to spy on the medical marijuana community and to screw-up the recall? Wonder if she's going to tell the other proponents the truth about why the recall failed (she purposefully skipped the publication requirement). Wonder when the other proponents will wake up and actually figure out there is no recall.

WE HAD 23 SIGNATURES AND WERE GOING TO HAVE HER OUT OF OFFICE BY MAY OF 2011, BUT THE DUPES RUSHED AHEAD, FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF CONTROLLING A RECALL THEMSELVES. SOME INVOLVED PURPOSEFULLY MADE FOOLS OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY (BY NOT PUBLISHING THE RECALL IN A NEWSPAPER AS THE LAW REQUIRES). DUH! IF THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE mj SMOKERS LOOK LIKE CRACKHEADS, THEY DID THEIR JOB WELL. ANNEKKA HARTWELL WAS PROVIDED WITH THE RECALL BOOKLET, AND SHE KNEW ALL ABOUT THE PUBLICATION REQUIREMENT THAT SHE IGNORED (IN ORDER TO SABOTAGE THE FAKE RECALL, AFTER THE REAL RECALL WAS CUTOFF). APPARENTLY THE REST COULDN'T COME UP WITH 5 MINUTES TO LOOK UP THE RECALL RULES BEFORE THEY MADE FOOLS OF ALL MJ SMOKERS, COST THE TAXPAYERS MONEY, AND WASTED A LOT OF PEOPLE'S TIME.

THE OLD HOMEPAGE BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED JERKS SABOTAGED THE RECALL

      It's become apparent to people from both ends of the political spectrum, along with those in the middle, that we have a corrupt District Attorney. It's also apparent that Bonnie Dumanis attends to her 'business' in a manner that calls in to question her maturity, integrity, and mental stability. Her vindictive pursuits of innocent citizens who have irritated 'her highness, her consistent subordination of prosecutorial ethics to public relations and appearances, and her repeated, open, and shameless protection of powerful friends who have committed crimes, are just some of the multitude of reasons it is essential that the electorate remove her before she can do more harm to our society's morals, and before her criminal antics start to effect the reputation of everyone living and working in this County.

STOPPING BONNIE'S INTIMIDATION OF JUDGES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SAN DIEGO BAR
       The Populace is fed up with Bonnie Dumanis, but not one member of the bar, in the entire County, cared about the citizenry enough to get over their fears and run for SD County DA. The canons of Judicial ethics inhibit honest Judges from commenting on what's been occurring, and many members of the bar are not trained for prosecution duties or are otherwise unable to run against Bonnie in 2010 due to prior or ongoing commitments; but let's face it, overall, on a collective basis, we're not talking about 'Profiles in Courage' here.
       So it will take the non-members of the bar to break the intimidation-logjam, and force the election of a successor. We can only hope, that if Bonnie is removed, that members of the San Diego Bar who have the time, skills, and desire to run for DA, will feel like the restraints have been removed from their ability to practice law without fear in San Diego County.
